One bush supporter was described: Echeverria, a 62-year-old Air Force veteran and Republican, drank his whiskey from a tall glass, then pumped his fist in the air. He liked how concise Bush was and that he didn't make empty promises. "All right, Bush!" he said to the television above the bar in Tampa the rest did as follows: ....turned off his hearing aid.... .....ignored the inauguration on the Country Club Cafe television.... .....only a handful paid attention to Bush's speech on the big-screen TV...... This Just in: Bush supporters are old, drunken and crazy. Anyways, i get the feeling no one cared about what bush had to say. His ratings are also at an all time low iirc. |

The world's largest passenger plane, the Airbus A380, is to be formally unveiled in France today. The twin-deck aircraft can carry about 555 people - more than its American competitor, the Boeing 747 jumbo jet. By building the $11bn (£6bn) plane, Airbus is banking on demand for large planes offering cheaper seats between the world's major cities, experts say. ![]() looks pretty awsome to me but the 747 isn't quite as ugly a bird

| Pentagon rejected 'gay bomb' proposal | |

![]() The U.S. military rejected a 1994 proposal to develop an "aphrodisiac" to spur homosexual activity among enemy troops but is hard at work on other less-than-lethal weapons, defense officials said on Sunday. The idea of fostering homosexuality among the enemy figured in a declassified six-year, $7.5 million request from a laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio for funding of non-lethal chemical weapon research. The proposal, disclosed in response to a Freedom of Information request, called for developing chemicals affecting human behavior "so that discipline and morale in enemy units is adversely affected." "One distasteful but completely non-lethal example would be strong aphrodisiacs, especially if the chemical also caused homosexual behavior," said the document, obtained by the Sunshine Project. The watchdog group posted the partly blacked-out, three-page document on its Web site. ROFLMAO, omg i just can't stop laughing at this. |
